Returns:

If in any case you are not happy with your queen or colony and have changed your mind, we are more than happy to offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase with shipping costs being covered by you.

 

Replacements:

If in any unfortunate case your queen arrives dead during shipping we will offer a replacement if stock is available, or store credit if we do not have any stock available at the given time. Photo evidence will need to be sent to Support@antsnall.com within 24 hours of delivery.
